Although we attempt to do so,  we cannot guarantee an outcome on your case. However,  we do strive to meet certain goals in customer satisfaction. Our goal with every case we work in is to offer excellent service with complete transparency and communication so we can make this difficult situation better. We ask that if we are not meeting this goal give us the opportunity to make it right by calling the lawyer assigned to your case directly. Please don't wait  until it becomes a bigger problem follow the protocol below and we will get it resolved and it may be a very easy fix.

COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL 

 

To avoid any unneeded stress or communication mishaps we would ask each client to follow the below steps to get any issue resolved as quickly as possibly 

 

1. Please make sure that you have established email communications with the lawyer and assistant assigned to your case and email both the lawyer and the assistant with any questions or concerns you have regarding your case. Email is usially the quickest most effecient way to address any concerns. Or use text if you would like during business hours.  

 

2. Or Please arrange a phone conference or meeting with the lawyer via their assistant so they can address any of your concerns directly. 

 

3. If you cannot do so or need help please talk to that lawyer's assistant and we will establish that for you or another system that both parties agree with.

 

4. If the lawyers assistant is non-responsive or not helpful please directly call or text the lawyer assigned to your case directly so we can address any of your concerns directly and timely and we will get it right. 

 

5. We would ask that you call a lawyers cell phone only in cases of emergency or if you have exhausted the above means without a response.

 

6. Please make the lawyer aware of any communication problems you are having so we can get them resolved. We take pride in our customer service and making clients lives easier.
